Child Exploitation Policy

Two Hearts has a zero-tolerance policy toward child exploitation and abuse. We are committed to protecting children and young people from harm.

Age Requirement

Two Hearts is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently removed without notice.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Two Hearts and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM)
• Content that sexualises or fetishises minors in any way
• Grooming behaviour or any attempt to solicit minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting any material that exploits children

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Two Hearts that you believe exploits or endangers a child, please report it immediately:

• Email: safety@twohearts.com
• In Australia, report to the eSafety Commissioner
• You can also report to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection or the NCMEC CyberTipline
• Contact your local police or national emergency services immediately if a child is in immediate danger

Our Response

All reports of child exploitation are treated with the utmost urgency. We will:

• Immediately suspend the reported account pending investigation
• Preserve and report evidence to the relevant authorities
• Permanently ban any user found to have violated this policy
• Co-operate fully with law enforcement agencies
