• Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe)

• Provide and improve the Two Hearts service
• Match you with compatible members
• Send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, notifications)
• Prevent abuse and maintain platform safety
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, UploadThing for file storage) who are contractually obligated to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Profile Visibility

Your profile, photos, and public information are visible to other authenticated members. Your contact details and payment information are never shared with other members.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords and HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
